The employee who took our order left your employment and therefore we did not get the updates we expected. The person who took over was fine but obviously had less knowledge of our order or us.

Felt like being ripped off. Was charged £150 for diagnostics check which told me what was already suspected. Other garages do not charge £150 extra to tell you what's wrong with the vehicle.
